This online store is operated by APOSTLE. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us” and “our” refer to APOSTLE. Shopify provides the commerce platform that enables us to offer products and services to you.

These terms apply to all users, including browsers, customers, vendors, merchants and contributors of content. Additional policies referenced on the site form part of these terms.

You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence, or have the consent and supervision required by applicable law, to use the store or place an order. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for activity occurring through your account.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate information and to update it when necessary.

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, reject, limit or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, payment issues, shipping restrictions, product unavailability or violation of these terms.

Orders are not final until payment is authorized and acceptance is confirmed or fulfillment begins. Because products may enter production quickly, cancellation or modification requests are not guaranteed.

Prices, discounts and availability may change without notice. Applicable taxes, shipping charges and other fees are displayed at checkout where possible. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the selected payment method for the total shown at checkout.

You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. We are not responsible for fees charged by your bank, card issuer or payment provider.

Production time is separate from carrier transit time. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Orders may arrive in multiple packages when products are fulfilled by different facilities or partners.

You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address. Risk of loss passes as permitted by applicable law and carrier terms.

Returns, exchanges, damaged-item claims and refunds are governed by the Shipping & Returns Policy in effect when the order is placed, together with mandatory rights provided by applicable law.

Do not return an item without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused or may not be recoverable.

You may not use the store or services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, harmful or infringing purposes. You may not interfere with security, introduce malicious code, scrape or copy protected content without permission, misrepresent identity, attempt unauthorized access or use the services in a manner that disrupts other users.

We may suspend or restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect customers, the store or third parties.

Unless otherwise stated, the store design, trademarks, logos, artwork, photography, product designs, text, graphics and other content are owned by or licensed to APOSTLE and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

No license is granted except the limited right to access and use the store for personal, non-commercial shopping. Reproduction, resale, modification or commercial use requires prior written permission.

The store may use or link to services operated by Shopify, Printify, payment processors, carriers, social platforms and other third parties. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy notices.

We are not responsible for third-party websites, content or services that we do not control, except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, APOSTLE and its owners, employees, affiliates, licensors and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of data or loss of opportunity arising from use of the services.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability will be limited to the greater of the amount you paid for the affected order or the minimum amount required by applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless APOSTLE and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities and reasonable expenses arising from your violation of these terms, misuse of the services, infringement of third-party rights or unlawful conduct.

These terms remain effective until terminated. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, fraud, abuse, security risk or unlawful conduct. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits and dispute provisions—will continue to apply.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction identified in the business details, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.

Before filing a formal claim, the parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the issue directly. Any venue, arbitration or dispute-resolution language should be reviewed for the jurisdictions where APOSTLE operates and sells.

We may update these terms prospectively to reflect changes in services, business practices or legal requirements. Revised terms will be posted with an updated effective date. Material changes will receive additional notice where required by law.
