Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us immediately. Because made-to-order items can enter production quickly, changes and cancellations are not guaranteed once fulfillment begins.
Why did I receive more than one package?
Products may be fulfilled by different production partners or facilities. Separate tracking information may be issued for each shipment.
Can I use more than one discount code?
Unless a promotion states otherwise, discount codes cannot be combined. The checkout will apply only eligible discounts.

Are APOSTLE products made to order?
Most products are produced after an order is placed through our trusted print-on-demand fulfillment partners. This approach helps reduce excess inventory and waste.
Will colors look exactly the same as on my screen?
Screen settings, fabric color, garment texture and printing methods can cause slight variation. Product imagery is intended to represent the design as accurately as possible.
How should I care for printed apparel?
Wash inside out in cold water with similar colors, use mild detergent and tumble dry low or hang dry. Do not iron directly over printed artwork.

Are your garments true to size?
Most styles use standard unisex sizing, but fit varies by garment blank. Review the fit note and product-specific measurements before ordering.
What should I do when I am between sizes?
Choose the larger size for more room or the smaller size for a closer fit. Comparing the measurements to a garment you already own is the most reliable method.

How long does production take?
Most products are produced within 2–7 business days. Production may take longer during high-volume periods, holidays, product shortages or quality-control reprints.
When will I receive tracking?
Tracking is sent to the email address used at checkout when it becomes available. It may take up to 48 hours after label creation to show movement.
Do you ship internationally?
International availability depends on the destination and product. Customers are responsible for applicable duties, taxes, brokerage charges and customs fees unless checkout states otherwise.

Do you accept returns?
Eligible unworn, unwashed and unused apparel may be returned within the return window stated in our Shipping & Returns policy. Contact us before mailing anything back.
What if my item arrives damaged or misprinted?
Contact us promptly with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos of the item, packaging and shipping label. We will review the claim and provide an appropriate resolution.
Can I exchange an item for another size?
Direct exchanges are not always available for made-to-order products. The fastest option is generally to request an eligible return and place a new order.

Is APOSTLE affiliated with a specific church?
APOSTLE is a Christian apparel brand and community vision, not the official merchandise arm of a specific church unless a collaboration expressly states otherwise.
